The Professional Development Center will host a webinar titled “Micromanagement,” presented by Michelle Lampton, the center’s assistant director. The webinar will be offered Wednesday, March 27, from 10 to 11 a.m. through Zoom.
About the webinar
“My boss is a micromanager” is a common complaint heard at most organizations. But what does micromanagement mean? Is it possible it might look different to different people? What causes people to micromanage and how do we work together to ease it?
This hour-long webinar will explore what micromanagement is, where it comes from and the impact it might have on how people think they’re being managed. Participants also will look at some strategies to use if they might be or have a micromanager.
