Employers are making a new push to get workers back into the office
ideastream: Michael Goldberg, associate professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management and executive director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, discussed how companies are implementing new return-to-office policies, including what’s working and how employees are adjusting. This comes after news that, for the first time since the pandemic began in March 2020, office occupancy across 10 major U.S. cities grew to over 50%.
