WOIO: Michael Goldberg, associate professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management and executive director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, discussed the impact that could be seen if Honda builds a $4.4 billion plant in Ohio early next year. “We are already seeing activity in the electric vehicle space in Ohio, so this isn’t the first case of EV battery production in the state,” he said. “Honda has had a presence in Ohio since 1979—and Honda has doubled down in our state.”
