Case Western Reserve will host a leadership development program geared toward Black professionals in 2023
The Plain Dealer: Melvin Smith, a professor of organizational behavior at Weatherhead School of Management, discussed an Executive Leadership Development Program set to debut in the spring semester. While open to all, the program is specifically geared toward Black professionals. “We’re targeting Black professionals, Black leaders in organizations who are seeking to rise to the highest levels of leadership in their organization,” he said. “We wanted to make the best of what we know about leadership more accessible to that audience.”
