University of Toledo may partner with hospitals

WKSU: The University of Toledo may create a nonprofit organization to partner with local hospitals. J.B. Silvers, the John R. Mannix Medical Mutual of Ohio Professor of Health Care Finance, noted the partnership may have to be legally separate from the university. “There clearly are partnerships but they have to follow the rules,” he noted.
