David Cooperrider, Distinguished University Professor at Weatherhead School of Management, recently received one of the highest honors in his field: the 2023 OD Network Award for Elevating Humanity by the Organization Development Network.
The award was presented to Cooperrider during a ceremony at the Organization Development Network International Conference at North Carolina State University.
At the June 14 ceremony, Cooperrider also was honored with the 2023 Outstanding Article of the Year award, along with alumna Lindsey Godwin (GRS ’08, organizational behavior), for their article “Our Earthshot Moment: Net Positive OD for the Creation of a World of Full Spectrum Flourishing.”
