Roman Sheremeta, assistant professor of economics, wrote an article for Vox Ukraine titled “Tax Cuts on Imported Used Cars will Benefit Ukrainian Economy.”
In his article, Sheremeta explained traditional benefits of free trade and broke down arguments against it for cars in Ukraine. He described the benefits the country will see by having more foreign cars.
