Solar panels, entrepreneurship, and building connections with 100,000 students
The Huffington Post: Michael Goldberg, assistant professor of design and innovation, wrote about the lasting impacts and relationships he’s created through his Massive Open Online Course, Beyond Silicon Valley. He explained how the course was a driving factor in connecting Daniel Lacks, the C. Benson Branch Professor of Chemical Engineering, with a student in Namibia, where Lacks and some of his students traveled to install solar panels.
