In an article for The Huffington Post, Michael Goldberg, assistant professor of design and innovation, reflected on a trip he and his students took to Argentina earlier this year to work with startups to develop a consulting plan.
Working with a business accelerator, students matched with different startups. Specifically, Goldberg detailed one group’s work with a company called BrasUp, which creates fire-starters for consumer grilling.
Goldberg explained that while the logistics of the trip can be a challenge, students gained valuable knowledge about the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Argentina and real-world experience.
