Melvin Smith, professor of organizational behavior at Weatherhead School of Management, was appointed a member of BetterUp’s scientific advisory board.
BetterUp is a virtual coaching and mental health startup that helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve peak performance by placing emphasis on the “whole person.”
In Smith’s advisory role, he will work with the scientific team and BetterUp Labs on potential research collaborations on improving coaching processes.
