Weatherhead School’s Jim Gilmore weighs in on middle-market companies’ growth

Jim Gilmore, assistant professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management, recently wrote an op-ed about how middle-market companies can continue to grow after an initial bout of success. 

His piece, published in Crain’s Cleveland Business and titled “The middle market challenge for growth,” outlined strategies such companies can take, including evaluating what’s important to customers and turning services into experiences.
