Weatherhead School’s J.B. Silvers explains how recent ruling on Affordable Care Act could impact insurance prices

J.B. Silvers, the John R. Mannix Medical Mutual of Ohio Professor of Health Care Finance, recently wrote about a Texas judge’s ruling that the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate is unconstitutional.

It’s widely believed the ruling will not stand on appeal, but Silvers explained the impact uncertainty about the law could have on insurance prices.
