Chris Laszlo, professor of organizational behavior, wrote a piece explaining how companies can become forces for good and focus on humanistic management.
In the article, titled “Enrolling your bosses and colleagues in humanistic management,” and published by The Manila Times, Laszlo discussed how common approaches to starting sustainability initiatives aren’t effective.
Instead, he introduced another method, called the direct-intuitive approach, which can lead to better outcomes in discussions about humanistic management.
