Chris Laszlo, associate professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at Weatherhead School of Management, recently joined some of the leading scholars on strategy and sustainability at the first “Latin America Forum for Strategies, Solutions, Sustainability” at INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.
The event took place May 21–23 and allowed presenters to meet with Latin American business leaders on the topic of sustainable strategies as one of the key drivers for the region’s prosperous development. Together, they developed solutions and recommendations for concrete management challenges of the participating organizations; they worked on an action agenda to support Latin American organizations in creating, implementing and improving sustainable strategies; and they identified open questions that need to be addressed by further research.
