Watch documentary “Inside Buffalo,” chat with director at Nov. 20 event

The campus community is invited to attend a free screening of award-winning documentary Inside Buffalo on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. at Strosacker Auditorium. The film tells the history of World War II’s 92nd Buffalo Division, the first African-American combat unit—a segregated unit that fought in Italy during the war.

A Q&A will take place after the screening with the film’s director, Afro-Italian filmmaker Fred Kudjo Kuwornu.

The event is sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, Department of History, Program in Ethnic Studies and Office of Multicultural Affairs.
