War crimes ambassador to lead lecture on international criminal justice

Stephen J. Rapp, ambassador at large for war crimes issues in the U.S. Department of State, will lead the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center’s Lecture on Global Justice March 20 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the City Club of Cleveland.

Rapp’s lecture is titled “The Reach and the Grasp of International Criminal Justice: How Do We Lengthen the Arm of the Law?”
The event is cosponsored by the Greater Cleveland International Lawyers Group.
