Case Western Reserve University undergraduate students are invited to attend “Wall Street 101” Thursday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m. in the Peter B. Lewis Building, Room 201.
This event is an opportunity to learn about careers in finance, particularly in the securities business: investment banking, private equity, equity research, investing, sales and trading, wealth management and financial consulting. While many of these jobs are in New York City, there also are opportunities in Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago and other cities.
This session will be hosted by
Andrew Medvedev, dean of the Weatherhead School of Management, and Scott Fine, professor of banking and finance, will host this event. Medvedev has worked various jobs in finance, most recently as a managing director at Morgan Stanley in New York City.
This event also is an opportunity to learn about the annual Wall Street Trek.
