The Wade Oval Wednesdays series continues today (June 19) with blues music from local band Blues Lunch. The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and is held on Wade Oval.
Tonight’s event also features a Juneteenth celebration and an acknowledgment of the 50th anniversary of the burning of the Cuyahoga River.
Food trucks and other vendors will be on hand, or bring a picnic to enjoy on the Oval. Select museums will be open late, too.
This free University Circle Inc. concert series will be held each Wednesday through Aug. 21. All concerts will be from 6 to 9 p.m., with the exception of the Aug. 14 and 21 events, which will be from 6 to 8 p.m.
