At the African American Research and Service Institute’s inaugural symposium on “African American Activism and Creativity,” Marilyn Sanders Mobley, vice president of the Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, presented the keynote address.
Her talk, titled “Toni Morrison and the Politics of Home,” concluded a day of events at Ohio University, including a morning panel titled “History and Activism in Ohio” and an afternoon panel on “Black Writers of Ohio.”
