CWRU is a finalist in Salesforce’s Education Summit Awards competition, specifically the Excellence in Student Success Award. Voting for the awards is now live and will remain open through Monday, May 3, 2021. The Office of Student Success and University Technology submitted their collaboration on CWRU’s strategic initiative to improve student retention, satisfaction, and graduation rates to this competition.
The university looked to Salesforce Education Cloud for a complete customer relationship management (CRM) solution. CWRU adopted a “high-touch/high-tech” approach for leveraging this technology to personalize the student experience and engage learners consistently across the touchpoints of their education journey. The CWRU community is encouraged to vote for CWRU at the voting site.
