The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make commencement 2019 a special and memorable day for graduates and their families. Consider volunteering with the Commencement Office Sunday, May 19.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 20, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up online by completing the commencement student volunteers form by Tuesday, April 30, in order to receive a housing extension.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and register online by completing the commencement staff and faculty volunteers form.

Volunteers should be prepared to report for their shift no later than 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 19. Details on assigned positions will be provided during a mandatory meeting Friday, May 17, at 4 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
