Volunteer to show Cleveland/CWRU culture to Fulbright scholars from Iraq

Eight junior faculty members from Iraq will visit Case Western Reserve University July 7–Sept. 15 as part of a Fulbright program. CWRU faculty members are looking for student, faculty and staff volunteers to join the scholars on cultural activities. These activities could include a visit to a museum in University Circle, a hike in Cuyahoga Valley National Park or even a dinner at home—whatever the volunteer is interested in.

Volunteers can choose to do just one activity (or many), so the time commitment is small. In return, the scholars will provide plenty of interesting conversation, said Chemical Engineering Professor Daniel Lacks.
