Volunteers are needed for the Special Olympics Tournament Friday, Oct. 2, from 9:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
One hundred student volunteers are needed for the event, which aims to foster diversity, inclusion and community between Case Western Reserve University students and Cleveland Special Olympics athletes.
Those who are interested in volunteering, must attend a training session. Registration is available online for training and volunteer opportunities.
The day will feature sports, arts, crafts, dance performances and mini concerts from CWRU student organizations.
