Student shows two children how to build structure at Engineering Challenges Carnival

Volunteer for the Engineering Challenges Carnival in February to inspire Cleveland-area youth to learn about STEM

Interested in inspiring Cleveland-area youth through interactive and hands-on STEM activities? Volunteer for the Engineering Challenges Carnival, which is hosted annually by the Gelfand STEM Center.

The carnival will take place on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Thwing Center.

This event provides an opportunity for Case Western Reserve University students, faculty and staff to inspire children to explore and consider science, technology, engineering and mathematics as a career option through demonstrations and hands-on activities.

Those interested can sign up as an individual or with a group through the Engineering Challenges Carnival volunteer sign-up form.
