The Cleveland Cavaliers have chosen NeoSTEM to lead its 2022 STEM Day, March 19, 2022 at Rocket Mortgage Field House, and we need your help!
The event, “Score with STEM,” promises an exciting, fun-filled day of engaging activities showcasing the many intersections of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with sports. We’re expecting 1,500 students and family members to attend the event, which will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and then stay for the game to watch the Cavs take on the Detroit Pistons.
We’re looking for volunteers to help us throughout our day, which will begin at 9:30 a.m. with event setup and end at 5:00 p.m. with event teardown. The day is divided into three shifts, and if you sign up for one shift, you’ll get a free Score with STEM T-shirt. But if you sign up for all three shifts, you’ll also get a free ticket to come to the game! It’s a great opportunity to help us create a meaningful, lasting experience for northeast Ohio students and families, and get a ticket to watch the Cavs on their road to the post-season.
