Visiting associate professor of law to present on disability and civil rights, labor and health law

Carrie Griffin Basas, visiting associate professor at the School of Law, will present papers on disability rights, civil rights, labor law and health law this spring at various law schools and universities: University of Michigan, Ohio State University, University of California–Berkeley and University of Kansas. In addition, she was invited to be a faculty development speaker at Northern Illinois University and was asked by Vanderbilt Law School’s disability law group to be a keynote speaker this April. She will also present a workshop on disability rights law at the National Association of Law Students with Disabilities conference at George Washington University this March.
