In honor of National Volunteer Week, the Center for Civic Engagement & Learning (CCEL) is hosting a Virtual Volunteer Week mini-series April 17–23 to help Case Western Reserve University students, staff and faculty stay engaged in community service from anywhere.
Each day, CCEL will highlight a different opportunity to connect with an on- or off-campus initiative, including celebrating Earth Day, voicing your vote, supporting our CWRU community and more.
The following activities will be part of Virtual Volunteer Week:
- Today (April 17): Virtual Dance Party for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank hosted by One to One Fitness Center from 6 to 7:15 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18: Tutor a child remotely, hosted by The Saturday Tutoring Program
- Sunday, April 19: Submit a #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU video affirmation, hosted by the Center for International Affairs
- Monday, April 20: “Absen-TEA Party: All your Voting FAQs Answered,” hosted by CCEL and the CWRU Vote Everywhere ambassadors
