Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair and 2022 Benelect open enrollment have started

Benelect open enrollment for 2022 began Nov. 8 and will run through Nov. 30. Additionally, the Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair also began Monday, Nov. 8, and will run through Friday, Nov. 12. This year, the university will once again conduct the annual Benefits Fair in a virtual format. Faculty and staff members can visit the virtual booths, register for prizes and view the calendar of events by visiting. Get details about the fair.

Employees will have access to live webinars, be able to ask questions in real time during working hours, access a multitude of resources and participate in a daily raffle—all from the comfort of their home or office.

For a chance to win a raffle prize, employees must register online on the Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair website with their CWRU Network ID up to once per day during the period of Nov. 8–12.

Employees also  are invited to a free guest week at One to One Fitness Center from Nov. 8–12 as part of the Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair. Employees can enjoy 28,000 sq.ft. of cardiovascular, machine and free weights, functional training and group exercise classes (in-person, virtual or recorded). To access the facility, fill out the online guest form (new guests only) or bring your CWRU employee ID. Also register for a coupon for a free smoothie good at One to One Fitness Center.

The 2022 Benelect open enrollment materials are available online. These are available to assist faculty and staff members in making elections in the online enrollment system.

Employees can view and enroll in Benelect plans by signing into HCM, navigating to the self-service menu and selecting the open enrollment tile.
