Sue B. Workman, vice president for Information Technology Services and chief information officer of Case Western Reserve University, will participate in a webinar on Wednesday. Aug. 12, from 1 to 2 p.m.
Workman will present “Tips and Tricks for a Successful Negotiation” with Jack Suess, vice president of IT and CIO of the University of Maryland–Baltimore County.
The presenters will give advice on how to negotiate a situation to leave both parties thinking the result is a win-win, explaining how a high degree of emotional intelligence, self-awareness and preparation are crucial to success.
Both Workman and Suess will share their experiences and give tips to reach positive results.
