Financial forecasting is a process used by businesses to estimate or predict their future financial performance. It is a helpful tool to determine the financial position of a company and what actions it needs to take to better meet its goals and targets. By the end of this workshop, you will understand what financial forecasting is, how to create financial forecasts, and how to best use them for your business or startup.
