COVID-19 has rapidly changed many of the practices and processes we are familiar with in daily life and the professional world. With a future of smaller events, less frequent travel, and fewer in-person meetings, how will companies recruit and hire new talent? Members of Apartment List, a Silicon Valley startup founded by an alum of Case Western Reserve University, will share how COVID-19 changed their hiring practices and what they believe these practices will look like in the future.
This workshop will be taught by employees of Apartment List:
- Sue Nallapeta, vice president of engineering;
- Eric Ahearn, listing operations manager; and
- Evan Kahn, lead talent partner.
