The Department of Physical Education and Athletics will close the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center fieldhouse (the multipurpose courts and indoor track) from Thursday, July 11, to Friday, Aug. 16, so new curtains can be installed.
Beginning Monday, July 15, Adelbert Gym will be open Monday through Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. for all Case Western Reserve University students, faculty, and staff with ID cards and Recreation Card holders. For track users, Sudeck Track (located at DiSanto Field) also will be open dawn to dusk for recreational use.
The cardio room, weight room, pool and racquetball courts at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center will remain open during construction. The Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center also will be open.
Facilities hours during the summer months are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
