University Technology’s ([U]Tech) Michael Thomas delivered the alumni keynote address during Lakeland Community College’s 57th annual commencement ceremony in Kirtland, Ohio.
In his address, which conveyed a message of hope, inspiration, and empowerment to the college’s graduating Class of 2024, Thomas shared highlights and advice from his almost 40-year career at Case Western Reserve University.
Before serving in his current role as senior director for MediaVision, he earned his Associate of Arts degree from Lakeland Community College in 1985. Thomas was later inducted into the Lakeland Alumni Hall of Fame in 2019 and now serves on the Lakeland Foundation Board of Directors as an alumni representative.
