The Affiliate Request Form was recently updated. The form can be used to request an account for an individual who requires a CWRU Network ID for collaboration purposes, but who is not currently actively affiliated with the university. Affiliates are students, faculty, staff, alumni and emeriti.
If you are an active CWRU faculty or staff member, you may request and sponsor an affiliate account for an individual.
An affiliate account will expire after no more than one year from the date of the request and must be renewed annually. Renewal of an affiliate account can also be done using the Affiliate Request Form.
The Affiliate Request Form was recently upgraded and enhanced to begin collecting and tracking sponsor information and the sponsored individual’s school or business unit.
This change will allow sponsors to more easily manage the accounts they have sponsored, and the collection of the school or business unit information will allow sponsored users to be appropriately grouped (to improve access to areas like lab computers). In addition, interface enhancements were made to improve usability and have an updated look.
