[U]Tech to conduct maintenance for Kelvin Smith Library data center

University Technology ([U]Tech) will work with a vendor to conduct power-related maintenance for the Kelvin Smith Library data center Tuesday, May 12, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. While unlikely, it is possible there could be a brief power disruption. Internet connectivity, VPN, ERP (PeopleSoft HCM,FIN,SIS), Canvas, Zoom, Single Sign-On, MyApps, Sparta, campus phones, voicemail, case.edu and Google Apps, and many other critical services are not expected to experience any disruption due to being redundant systems or being hosted off-campus.

The High Performance Computing (HPC) clusters, Rider and Markov, Research Virtual Machine, and Research Data Storage services will be unavailable.
