[U]Tech provides new digital assistant to answer questions about CWRU

The Case Western Reserve University community now has a digital assistant to answer questions about the university. “Spartan Answers,” developed by University Technology ([U]Tech), is now available through Google Assistant on Android or iOS smartphones. The interface works in a way similar to Siri, Alexa and Echo. For more information, or to get started, visit the Spartan Answers website.

[U]Tech is requesting user feedback on this tool and its initial slate of questions and answers, including ideas for new questions and input on the accuracy of existing answers. Spartan Answers will improve and evolve based on users’ feedback which can be submitted through a Google Form.
