[U]Tech offers guidance for users of Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro whose licenses expired

Adobe sent a message to users of Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro that their licenses would be expiring at the end of November 2019. Those who received the message need to return to the Software Center and download Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (free) or purchase Adobe Creative Cloud 2019 Desktop for $99. There are no free upgrades to Creative Cloud.

Prior to installing the new licenses, it is important to remove the older versions of the software.

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop 2019 includes Acrobat Pro DC so there is no need to download both if you plan on purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Adobe no longer offers device/serial number-based licenses to volume customers, and the new licenses are named licenses that are tied to your CWRU login credentials. You will lose access to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and/or Adobe Creative Cloud upon separation from the university.
