A technical issue within PeopleSoft HCM is preventing employees from viewing open positions in the university when they navigate to the careers page in Self Service (Main Menu > Self Service > Recruiting > Careers). University Technology ([U]Tech) is investigating the issue so a solution can be identified and implemented.
An alternate way for employees to view open positions is to navigate to employment.case.edu, where a full list of open positions will be displayed. Unfortunately, as a result of the software error, employees cannot apply at the present time for an open position as an internal candidate. If employees would like to apply, they may do so as an external candidate.
Current employees who apply for a position as an external candidate should send an email to employment@case.edu stating that they have applied. In the note, employees should include the job ID number to which they applied along with their name and contact information.
