[U]Tech help website to be unavailable early Saturday

Due to scheduled maintenance, help.case.edu will be unavailable Saturday, Oct. 28, from midnight to 4 a.m.

During this time, users can still call or email the Service Desk for any issues, and a ticket will be created after the maintenance.
