[U]Tech CARE Center now provides warranty repair on Lenovo computers

The University Technology ([U]Tech) CARE Center recently completed the certification process to become an authorized service provider for Lenovo, and is now able to provide warranty repair on Lenovo computers. It is also an authorized service provider for Apple and Dell, offering warranty repairs for those companies’ computers as well.

Services of the [U]Tech CARE Center are available at no additional cost to all members of the Case Western Reserve University community (verified by university ID).

Located in the lower level of the Kelvin Smith Library, the facility is open—when classes are in session—during the following hours for device drop-off and pick-up:

  • Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The “Ingenuity Bar” (in the same location) is staffed by deskside analysts for first-come one-on-one technical assistance and consultation Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
