Use Student Information System to learn more about tuition account

Students can familiarize themselves with their tuition accounts through the Student Information System (SIS). New students will be able to sign into SIS upon registering for classes.

Students must authorize parents or other third parties to see their information. Students must provide separate authorization to their financial and academic information, if they wish to allow others access to those records. This is to protect the students’ right to privacy, which is required under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and covers all students, regardless of whether another has assumed responsibility for payment of his or her tuition and fees. Learn more about FERPA at case.edu/registrar/general/ferpa/.

Authorized individuals will have their own user IDs and passwords, which students can revoke at any time to re-restrict access to their academic records, financial records or both. Learn how to authorize a user at case.edu/studentaccounts/billing-payments/authorizing-a-user/.

For more information on the financial sections of SIS, download the Student Financial Guide or check out the Student Financial Services website at case.edu/studentaccounts.

If you have questions about your financial account, call the Office of Student Financial Services at 216.368.2226 or stop by Yost Hall, Room 145.
