The Uptown Saturday Nights series continues Oct. 1 with a variety of musical artists who will celebrate the roots of American music with performances at locations around Uptown.
The series features local musicians at various locations on seven consecutive Saturdays in University Circle’s Uptown district. Various genres are performed, including blues, jazz, gospel, traditional country, folk, Americana, bluegrass and zydeco.
The Oct. 1 schedule is:
- ABC Uptown: Wallace Acoustic at 7 p.m.
- Coquette Patisserie: Roger Hoover at 7 p.m.
- Corner Alley at Uptown: Tim Matson Trio at 8 p.m.
- Happy Dog at the Euclid Tavern: The Supposed So at 9 p.m., Beyond Pluto at 10 p.m. and The Midnight Slander at 11 p.m.
- Ninja City: DJ Corey Grand at 10 p.m.
- Roots Garden: City Limits at 7 p.m.
- Trentina: Afi Scruggs Duo at 7 p.m.
