Interested in creating a resource group for caregivers? Attend tomorrow’s info session

The Office of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equal Opportunity will hold a session for Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members interested in formalizing a resource group for caregivers.

The session will be held Friday, March 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing’s faculty-staff lounge, located on the first floor.

The purpose of forming a resource group for caregivers is to engage, develop and connect CWRU faculty and staff in creating a supportive environment in which resources can be shared. Resource groups assist the campus community in creating a welcoming environment that respects and celebrates differences, while supporting retention. Additionally, resource groups actively engage employees in promoting an inclusive environment that enables all the ability to contribute fully at the university.

All CWRU employees interested in working together in a formalized manner to provide resources and support in the process of caregiving should attend.  Lunch will be provided.  For more information and to RSVP, contact Melissa Burrows at mkb51@case.edu.
