University to hold additional employee resource group interest meetings

This past summer, the Department of Human Resources, Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, and the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Center held sessions for CWRU employees to discuss interest in participating in employee resource groups (ERGs) on campus.

For those who could not attend one of the sessions held during the summer, additional opportunities are being provided and will occur on the following dates:

LGBT

The purpose of ERGs is to engage, develop and connect CWRU employees as the university strives to create a welcoming environment that respects and celebrates differences. These employee-driven groups will support retention and actively engage in promoting an inclusive environment that will enable students to contribute fully to the university’s success.

All CWRU employees interested in assisting the university in creating a welcoming environment and supporting retention and engagement are welcome to attend.
