University Technology (U[Tech]) will conduct planned maintenance on Astra Room Schedule, Parchment Transcript Processing Services and QuikPay this weekend.
Astra Room Schedule
Astra Room Schedule will undergo planned maintenance activities starting Sunday, Sept. 18, at midnight through Monday, Sept. 19, at midnight.
This temporary outage will allow [U]Tech and Astra to conduct necessary maintenance on the system, which is used to reserve many Case Western Reserve University spaces. Users can expect intermittent connectivity during this time period.
Parchment Transcript Processing Services
Parchment Transcript Processing Services will be unavailable to users from 2 to 5 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18.
This planned, temporary outage will allow [U]Tech and the Parchment vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance activities. Parchment is the system used by students for ordering transcripts.
QuikPay
QuikPay, the system used by students and other authorized users for tuition bill presentation and credit card payment options, will be unavailable to users from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19.
This planned, temporary outage will allow [U]Tech and the QuikPay vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance on the system.
