University Technology (UTech) will complete multiple scheduled maintenance and upgrades over the weekend. The following programs will experience brief periods of unavailability.
Student Information System
The Student Information System (SIS) will undergo a planned maintenance Saturday, Oct. 15, from midnight and 10 a.m. During this time, SIS and SIS Mobile will not be available to members of the university community.
Parchment Transcript Processing Services
Parchment Transcript Processing Services will be unavailable to users from 2 to 5 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16. This planned, temporary outage will allow UTech and the Parchment vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance. Parchment is the system used by students to order transcripts.
Astra Room Schedule
Astra Room Schedule will undergo planned maintenance activities Sunday, Oct. 16, from midnight to 4 a.m. This temporary outage will allow UTech and Astra to conduct necessary maintenance on the system that is used to reserve many Case Western Reserve University spaces. Users can expect intermittent connectivity during this time period.
QuikPay
QuickPay, the system used by students and other authorized users for tuition bill presentation and credit card payment options, will be unavailable to users from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17. This planned, temporary outage will allow UTech and the QuikPay vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance on the system.
