University Technology ([U]Tech) will perform planned maintenance on Human Capital Management, QuikPay and Parchment Transcript Processing Services over the weekend.
Human Capital Management
The Human Capital Management (HCM) system will undergo planned maintenance from Friday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 10, at 2:30 p.m. During this timeframe, HCM will be unavailable.
QuikPay, the system used by students and other authorized users for tuition bill presentation and credit card payment options, will be unavailable to users from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 12. This planned, temporary outage will allow [U]Tech and the QuikPay vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance on the system.
Parchment Transcript Processing Services
Parchment Transcript Processing Services will be unavailable to users from 2 to 5 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. This planned, temporary outage will allow [U]Tech and the Parchment vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance. Parchment is the system used by students for ordering transcripts.
