University Registrar launches new Course Action Form

After launching a new Program Action Form in the fall of 2021 and integrating it with the General Bulletin, the Office of the University Registrar has now replaced the former Student Information System (SIS) Online Course Action Form with an electronic process using a new Course Action Form.

The final phase of this project takes advantage of the same software platform to submit and edit courses through the newly designed Course Action Form. It has a more robust workflow automation and provides proposal status transparency throughout the process.

The Course Action Form is now live, and has a webpage with support resources and information on four scheduled training sessions throughout the upcoming weeks. In addition to guides and information about the new process, there is a request form you can complete if you would like to request an information session for your area.

The office understands there are some SIS forms currently in progress that will be completed using the prior process. New submissions should follow the new CAF process.
