University Health and Counseling Services offers confidential consultations for students worried about alcohol or substance use

University Health and Counseling Services will offer a program for students who are concerned about their use of alcohol and/or various other substances. This non-abstinence-based program does not require students to want to stop using, but they must acknowledge that their substance use plays a role in their lives. Students will set personal goals and work toward making changes that are meaningful to them.

This program will provide virtual access to informal, 30-minute, confidential consultations.

Sessions are available Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to noon and Thursdays from 3 to 4 p.m.

Students must register in advance and pick a call time. Zoom information will be sent after registration.

Sessions are open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University podiatry undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.
