University Health and Counseling Services expands opportunities for students for spring semester

University Health and Counseling Services will offer expanded opportunities for care during the spring 2020 semester.

Wednesday evening hours

University Health and Counseling Services will extend walk-in hours on Wednesdays until 6:30 p.m. starting Feb. 5. Walk-in hours after 5 p.m. for both Counseling Services and Health Services will be held in the Health Services at 2145 Adelbert Road.

“Let’s Talk” drop-in consultation

“Let’s Talk” is a drop-in service that offers informal, confidential consultation with a member of the counseling staff.

Starting in February, counselors will hold walk-in hours at various on-campus locations during the academic year. Students can stop by any location to speak with a counselor about concerns, get help problem-solving, and learn more about University Health and Counseling Services and other resources available to them at Case Western Reserve University. Let’s Talk consultations are not a substitute for traditional counseling.

Let’s Talk consultations are:

  • Free for all CWRU, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine students
  • Offered first-come, first-served (no appointment necessary)
  • Informal
  • Confidential
